Your Job
As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, build, and maintain scalable cloud‑native applications using modern frameworks and AWS serverless technologies. You will work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into high‑quality technical solutions, ensuring performance, security, and reliability across the full application lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Business Analysts, Technical Leads, QA, DevOps, and Support. The team focuses on building modular, event‑driven, cloud‑native applications that improve business processes, optimise workflows, and deliver measurable value to the organisation.

 

What You Will Do  

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud‑native architectures.
Work closely with Business Analysts and Technical Leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Provide accurate development estimates and deliver milestones within agreed timelines.
Build end‑to‑end APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
Implement event‑driven solutions using SQS, SNS, and EventBridge.
Build responsive web/mobile interfaces using React or React Native.
Ensure adherence to security best practices including authentication, authorization, secrets handling, and input validation.
Implement cloud‑native hosting using AWS S3 + CloudFront.
Develop CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Implement Infrastructure as Code via AWS CDK or Serverless Framework.
Conduct unit, regression, and performance testing.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring high‑quality coding standards.
Monitor and troubleshoot application performance using CloudWatch or Datadog.
Identify opportunities to optimise workflows, architecture, and design patterns.

 

  Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

 Strong experience in full‑stack development using Node.js, TypeScript, React, or React Native.
Hands‑on experience building serverless applications on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront, Cognito).
Proficiency in event‑driven architecture (SQS, SNS, EventBridge).
Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud‑native application design.
Skilled in building secure applications (authentication, authorization, OAuth 2.0, input validation).
Experience using CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK or Serverless Framework.
Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools such as CloudWatch or Datadog.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to optimise business and technical workflows.

 

  What Will Put You Ahead  

Broader AWS experience with CloudFormation, EC2, VPC, IAM, and networking concepts.
Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
Experience designing scalable event‑driven applications.
UI/UX experience.
Strong understanding of testing strategies (unit, regression, performance).
Exposure to containerisation and DevOps best practices.
Experience contributing to architecture decisions and performance improvements.
