RTL FPGA Design- Application -4+yrs

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers and field teams for FPGA products, development tools, hardware platforms, and documentation
• Debug and resolve customer-reported issues related to FPGA devices, tools, and reference designs
• Drive issues to closure through structured debugging, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration
• Develop customer-facing and internal technical collateral, including Knowledge Base articles, FAQs, Application notes, Design examples and hardware kit demos
• Create and deliver training modules and/or videos for customers and Field Application Engineers on FPGA tools and IP portfolio
• Continuously contributes to improving customer experience through documentation and enablement

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

 

• BSEE or MSEE (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of FPGA architecture, design flow, and lab debug
• Solid understanding of board-level fundamentals, including:
• Schematic review
  • Board layout concepts
  • Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI)
  • IBIS simulation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and own customer issues from start to resolution

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience directly supporting customers in a technical role
• Knowledge of video protocols such as MIPI, HDMI, H.264
