The Infrastructure Automation Team acts as an enabler for Infrastructure capabilities. It focuses on automating provisioning, configuration, and management of IT resources such as servers, networks, firewall, and voice systems. This reduces manual intervention, minimizes errors, and accelerates deployments across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You’ll be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team at Koch Capabilities, collaborating across engineering, IT, and business functions to build scalable, observable, and resilient systems that support Koch’s global operations.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows for provisioning servers, voice, and network resources.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Integrate automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.
• Automate configuration of operating systems, middleware, and application environments.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards through automated checks.
• Build automated health checks and self-healing mechanisms for infrastructure.
• Optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs through automation.
• Maintain detailed documentation of automation processes and workflows.
• Train team members on automation best practices and tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs and participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, story point estimation).
• Orchestrate complex tasks and integrate external systems using ServiceNow ITSM.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience of 4-6 years in Infrastructure technologies like Servers, Network, Firewall, and voice systems.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Proficiency in automation scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab).
• Good understanding of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, ECS).

• Basic understanding of Django framework.
