Sr Manager PCB

Your Job
·       Responsible for enhancing High Speed PCB design capabilities. Grow and develop
effective teams internationally.
What You Will Do
 Manage an engineering team of PCB Layout engineers, enabling every individual to
realize their true potential.
 Develop strategies to enable high speed communication while optimizing costs
 Well-versed with PCB design tools, libraries and procedures to enable complex
designs
 Drive and execute new technologies aligned to the needs of the technology roadmap
and market needs including 224Gbit connectors and Active Electrical Cables
 Interfaces with all levels of management to resolve problems and issues that have
reached critical level regarding design, quality, etc. 
 Drives continuous improvement in the product development process to improve
efficiency of delivery and effective cost model and establish an environment that
encourages creativity and value generation.
 Support the education & deployment of Principles Based Management (PBM)
framework in the Copper Solutions BU.  Make PBM part of the core culture of her/his
teams.
 Provide technical support to manufacturing and production.
 Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
 Established track record as an effective senior manager.
 Have an in-depth understanding of cutting-edge PCB technologies and limitations at
50+ GHz range
 Deep understanding of High-speed cable layout experience including routing of
BGAs
 Excellent understanding of PCB design and fabrication techniques
 Well-versed with PCB design tools, libraries, and procedures to enable complex
designs
 Excellent verbal and written skills.

What Will Put You Ahead
·       Well versed in electromagnetic theory and how various parameters impact SI
performance Large and diverse team management. Minimum 10 years of experience in
technical team management
