Key Responsibilities:

- Good understanding of commerce web solutions

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements, objectives, and constraints.

- Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Evaluate and recommend technical solutions, tools, and platforms to meet business needs and requirements.

- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of technical solutions.

- Perform feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed technical solutions.

- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies related to technical solution implementation.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to technical solution designs, configurations, and integrations.

- Provide technical guidance and support to business stakeholders and project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful solution delivery.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to business analysis and technical solution design.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.

- Strong understanding of commerce business processes, distributed systems, and methodologies.

- Solid technical background with proficiency in web based software development, database management, and systems integration in distributed architecture.

- Experience with analyzing and documenting technical requirements and specifications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.

- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or relevant technical certifications is a plus
