Payroll Supervisors – US & Canada Payroll

A leading Global Product Development Company is looking for experienced Payroll Supervisors for US & Canada payroll operations at their Bangalore location.

🕒 Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM IST
🏢 Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office

We are looking for payroll professionals with strong expertise in US/Canada payroll processing, payroll compliance, taxation, audits, payroll reviews, statutory deductions, and team management. The role involves leading end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring compliance with federal/statutory regulations, handling payroll audits & variance analysis, and driving process improvements across payroll functions.

Candidates with experience on payroll platforms like SAP, ADP, Workday, Kronos, Dayforce, Payworks, or similar HRMS/payroll systems will be preferred. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
