NEEDS

·        Expertise with observability platforms such as Prometheus and Grafana

·        Strong understanding of SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs

·        Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)

·        Experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker) and Kubernetes concepts

·        Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-native architectures

·        Practical experience with Kubernetes cluster management and deployment automation
