We’re Hiring: Physical Design / STA Engineers
💼 Experience: 3 to 20 years
Looking for engineers who take designs from RTL to GDS and sign them off at block, sub-system and top level.  

🎯 Product-based semiconductor companies only & Qualcomm Profiles are preferred.

Mandatory skills  
🔹 Logical and physical synthesis, mapping, optimization and QoR analysis  
🔹 Timing and DRV checks, SDC constraints and timing path analysis  
🔹 Sign-off at block, sub-system and top level  
🔹 RTL-to-GDS flow, pre/post-layout STA and ECO  
🔹 Sanity checks: LDRC, EC and LP  
🔹 Strong scripting skills  

Who should apply
✅ Physical Design, STA and Synthesis engineers, from junior to principal level
