Job Title - Sr Manager / Analog Design Engineer
Exp- 11+yrs
Location - Bangalore
Job Description
· Manage the analog design team’s day-to-day activities and provide technical leadership and guidance.
· Plan and allocate design resources to complete top-level schematics and layouts, ensuring on-time tape-out.
· Lead technical projects and guide integrated circuit development for analog and power products.
· Perform hands-on block-level design, from specification through delivery of a clean design database.
· Partner with Layout, Verification, Test, Product, and Application Engineering teams to bring products from concept through production release.
· Lead technical discussions and prepare documentation addressing design issues and key technical decisions for internal teams and customers.
· Initiate and conduct regular peer reviews with analog engineering teams.
· Guide circuit-block layout for high-speed performance and precision operation.
· Evaluate process options and select the most suitable process for the target application.
· Drive chip-level specification requirements and technical alignment.
· Engage with customers to understand applications and total system-level solutions.
· Run block-level and top-level mixed-mode simulations to achieve datasheet parameters.
· Lead laboratory evaluation and provide support for circuit blocks and complete ICs.
· Support test development, product qualification, and production ramp activities.
· BSEE or equivalent required; MSEE preferred.
· 11–20 years of professional industry experience in analog design engineering.
· Prior experience in a people-management or design-management position.
· Demonstrated design experience across several of the following: ADCs (SAR or Sigma-Delta), precision amplifiers, bandgap references, switching regulators, LDOs, DACs, and system-level simulation.
· Hands-on CMOS and/or BiCMOS design experience.
· Experience with small-geometry BCD processes is an advantage.
· Advanced knowledge of Cadence mixed-signal design tools and parasitic extraction is preferred.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
· Battery Management Systems and automotive power products.
· Precision analog, mixed-signal, and power-management IC development.
· Full product lifecycle ownership, including design, verification, laboratory evaluation, test development, and production ramp.
