BI Developer

PRIMARY
PURPOSE:

Engineering graduate (Computer / IT engineering) with an experience of 3 to 7 y, who is passionate
and eager to learn and contribute. Power BI hands-on experience 3 to 6 years mandatory. Basic
requirement would be to develop in Power BI and great command over DAX, Data modeling, Hands-
on experience in optimization and performance tuning. Strong understanding of SQL. Should have
experience with Snowflake DWH. Preferred UI/UX experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Translating business requirement into BI solutions.
2 Create ad-hoc queries to provide information requested by business users as needed.
3 Create/ maintain / optimize PowerBI using DAX studio, Snowflake. Programing language
4 Expertise in performing ELT operation on the large-scale data sets.
5 Should be able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with data warehouse
standards.
6 Capable of implementing row-level security on data along with an understanding of application security layer
models in Power BI.
7 Must be able to develop custom BI Dashboards that require knowledge of scripting languages and programming
languages like Python.
8 Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor and maintain the
dashboards

 

Knowledge  Knowledge of Manufacturing and production industry.

 Knowledge of Supply chain processes.
 Knowledge of Microsoft Excel with the ability to understand and work with formulas and formats
submitted by customer.
