Overview
Lead the national software distribution business for Siemens products, driving strategic growth, building a strong partner ecosystem, and ensuring operational excellence. This role combines business acumen, product strategy, and channel enablement to position Beetel as a leading Siemens software distributor in India.
Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & GTM Leadership
- Define and execute the GTM strategy for Siemens Software products.
- Align Beetel’s distribution objectives with Siemens’ strategic priorities and market trends.
Revenue & Sales Performance:
- Own national revenue targets for Siemens software products.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
Channel Ecosystem Development:
- Build and strengthen a partner network including VARs, OEMs, and strategic alliances.
- Lead partner onboarding, training, and enablement programs to ensure independent revenue generation.
OEM Engagement:
- Build & maintain strategic relationships with OEM Representatives and ensure continuous revenue stream.
- Collaborate with Siemens and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure compliance with Siemens & Beetel’s internal processes.
- Manage planning, forecasting and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure customer delight in transaction management.
- Implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
Key Deliverables
- Annual GTM Plan with measurable growth targets.
- Partner Enablement Framework for onboarding and revenue acceleration.
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Siemens and key partners.
- Revenue Dashboard & Forecast Accuracy Reports for leadership visibility.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical) + MBA (preferred)
- 10–20 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 5 years in software distributor’s role.
- Proven track record in managing national-level distribution or channel business.
- Strong understanding of Software product distribution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
