BRM support lead

xperience:  6-12+ years of experience in Oracle BRM, with specific experience in support and development roles.

Oracle BRM Expertise:  In-depth knowledge of BRM Architecture, modules (Account & Subscription, Billing, Invoicing, Taxation, Rating), ECE (Elastic Charging Engine), and PDC (Pricing Design Center).

Technical Proficiencies:  Strong proficiency in C/C++, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, Linux/Unix Shell Scripting, and PCM Java.

Database Knowledge:  Deep understanding of BRM schema and table structures.

Tools:  Familiarity with monitoring, deployment, and version control tools (e.g., Jira, SVN, GIT, Jenkins).

Cloud Native Knowledge:  Experience with BRM Cloud Native deployment (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA) skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.

Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
