Koch Capabilities is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor – T&E Audit & Investigations. This role is pivotal in ensuring policy compliance, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing employee experience through effective expense management. As a trusted partner to stakeholders and leadership, the Supervisor will coach and empower team members, foster a culture of continuous learning, and support succession planning within the function.

What You Will Do

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Graduate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts or a related field
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, with proven success in coaching and leading teams
• Experience managing Travel & Expense (T&E) processes, including policy interpretation and compliance oversight
• Experience applying data and performance measures to guide decisions and improve outcomes
• Exposure to cross-functional and global environments
What Will Put You Ahead
• Experience managing corporate card programs, including reconciliation and vendor coordination
• Background in overseeing T&E investigative activities with stakeholder impact
• Familiarity with post-audit AI tools and automation
• Practical knowledge of Concur systems for travel and expense management
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-performing teams
