Manager - Executive Assistant – Principal Support – DESIS

We are looking for a resourceful candidate to join the Principal
Support team, based out of the firm’s office in Hyderabad, India. The
team provides seamless administrative and operational support to
senior principals and the Executive Assistance team. It oversees
critical business operations and administrative processes, ensuring
effective workflow management and support for senior leadership.
WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
You will provide high-level administrative support to senior principals
by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings across
multiple time zones, handling travel arrangements, and preparing
confidential correspondence. You will also oversee key operational
tasks, process expenses, manage compliance documentation, and
ensure seamless day-to-day support. Additionally, you will be
required to build a good understanding of our business processes and
handle essential back-office operations. In this position, you will be
required to work in New York business hours.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The ideal candidate should hold-
Basic qualifications:
─ The qualities of a poised, adaptable, and highly organized
individual with exceptional communication, problem-solving,
and multitasking skills
─ At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in executive or
principal support, demonstrating the ability to work
independently while excelling in a team-oriented environment
─ Exceptional attention to detail, discretion in handling
confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple
priorities under tight deadlines
─ A bachelor’s degree, along with proven expertise in the
Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook)
