We are looking for an experienced DFT Principal Engineer to lead DFT strategy and execution for complex ASIC/SoC products.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Define and implement DFT strategies for ASIC/SoC products
• Lead DFT architecture and integration with design/validation teams
• Lead and mentor a team of DFT engineers
• Develop test strategies covering ATPG, BIST, Scan & JTAG
• Drive fault coverage, test optimization and test cost reduction
• Work closely with design, validation, test and manufacturing teams
• Support post-silicon debug, yield improvement and on-field failure (EFAR) debug
• Evaluate and implement DFT tools and methodologies
• Drive continuous improvement in DFT processes and methodologies

🎯 Required Skills
✅ 12+ years of hands-on DFT experience in ASIC/SoC
✅ Strong experience in ATPG, Scan, MBIST, JTAG / Boundary Scan
✅ Experience with DFT architecture and implementation
✅ Strong background in post-silicon debug & yield improvement
✅ Experience leading DFT teams/projects
✅ Automotive DFT experience preferred
✅ Knowledge of ISO 26262 and automotive quality requirements
✅ Strong experience with DFT/EDA tools
✅ BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related field
