POSITION SUMMARY

Sales Manager — Collaboration & Video Solutions

We are looking for a driven and technically sound Sales professional with a strong presales acumen to grow our Collaboration and Videoconferencing business. The ideal candidate will blend consultative selling with hands-on technical expertise — able to walk into a boardroom, understand a client's communication challenges, and translate them into a compelling solution proposal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific activities required and results needed to excel

Drive end-to-end sales of Collaboration solutions including Webex, Polycom, Yealink, Cisco Room Series, and TelePresence products across enterprise and mid-market accounts
Lead presales activities — solution scoping, BoM preparation, technical presentations, and demo/POC coordination with partner teams
Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, partner networking, and engagement with OEM’s regional sales teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales/presales Heads, and procurement teams across target partner.
Prepare and deliver tailored solution proposals, RFP responses, and commercial bids
Collaborate with delivery and post-sales teams to ensure seamless project handover and high customer satisfaction
Track pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Qualifications, skills, experience, abilities, behaviours

ESSENTIAL

Graduate having sound knowledge of compute, expert in Excel, RFP Reading
Experience in sales and Business Development
4–8 years of experience in B2B technology sales, with at least 2 years in Collaboration or Unified Communications solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills — comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with Cisco channel partners and reseller networks is a strong advantage.
Ability to collaborate and coordinate within the department.

Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Prior experience in a Cisco Gold/Premier partner organisation.
