Job Description 

Essential Functions

Analog IP Design & Ownership 
• Must be proficient in designing and owning complex IPs including positive and negative charge pumps, source-sink 
LDOs, ultra-low-power oscillators including relaxation types, temperature sensors, current-sense circuits, SAR ADCs 
and housekeeping blocks. 
• Own protection functions covering thermal, under-voltage, over-voltage and over-current conditions. 
• Demonstrate strong design expertise in bandgap references, V2I circuits, analog buffers, op-amps, comparators and 
high-speed level shifters. Understanding of switch-capacitor circuits is advantageous. 
• Build or support block-level specification breakdown from chip-level requirements and independently own complete 
switching converters such as buck, boost and buck-boost converters, as well as LDOs. 
• Perform block-level error budgeting based on block requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements 
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering; a master's degree is preferred for this role. 
• 10+ years of experience in analog circuit design, simulation and verification. 
• Solid understanding and design experience in complex analog designs with full ownership. 
• Experience in chip design, verification, silicon validation, debug, qualification support and taking ICs to production.
