Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst responsible for benefits operations, enrolments processing, participant/client support, data accuracy, and compliance management. Key Responsibilities · Administer employee benefit plans including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, FSA, HSA, EOI and Client specific Managed process reporting. · Process and validate benefit enrolments, life event changes, terminations, and dependent updates. · Manage participant inquiries and resolve benefits-related issues within established service levels. · Review and maintain employee eligibility records and benefit data in administration systems. · Ensure accurate processing of benefit transactions and data updates. · Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain data integrity and compliance. · Coordinate with clients, carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and operational issues. · Support annual enrolment activities and special benefits projects . Required Skills and Experience Must-Have · Good understanding of US H&B Domain. · Experience working with benefits administration platforms and HR systems. · Strong knowledge of Open enrollment processing, benefits operations, and participant support. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office applications. · Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. . Experience · Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Healthcare Benefits Administration. . Education • Any graduate degree or equivalent qualification from a reputable institute . | |
