Senior - Chartered Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned and highly experienced Chartered Accountant to manage end-to-end financial operations, statutory compliance, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee complete books of accounts for the company
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other statutory regulations
• Handle direct and indirect taxation , including filing returns and assessments
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and audit schedules
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and tax audits
• Provide strategic financial insights and advisory to management for business decisions
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
• Stay updated with changes in taxation laws and compliance requirements

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 8–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or metals industry
