Production Executive

About the Role 

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Production Manager to support the smooth functioning of our production. The role involves overseeing daily production activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, optimizing resources, and assisting the Plant Manager in driving overall production efficiency. Key Responsibilities ● Assist the Plant Manager in production planning. ● Monitor production schedules, output, and ensure production targets are met. ● Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. ● Supervise staff, provide guidance, and support workforce training and development. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, logistics, procurement, and quality control) to maintain smooth operations. ● Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and cost efficiency. ● Assist in managing inventory, raw material planning, and resource allocation. ● Prepare reports, analyze data, and present operational performance to management. ● Support in handling audits, inspections, and compliance documentation. ● Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained plant environment. 

Qualifications & Skills 

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Industrial Management or a related field (MBA preferred). ● 4–8 years of experience in plant operations or manufacturing management in spice industry ● Strong knowledge of production planning, quality management, and industrial safety practices. ● Hands-on experience in handling machinery, manpower, and plant processes. ● Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
