Job Summary

We are hiring a Process Expert OR SME – UK Insurance (London Market / Lloyd’s) with hands-on experience in policy administration processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of London Market operations and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Slip Processing, Premium Calculation, and Endorsement Processing for UK Insurance (London Market / Lloyd’s).

Review and validate insurance documents, binders, and policy terms.

Maintain accuracy and compliance with London Market standards.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Prepare reports, track work items, and support process improvements.

Requirements

Experience in UK Insurance – London Market / Lloyd’s processes.

Strong understanding of slip creation, premium booking, and endorsements.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
