Veeva Network Developer

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to join our team as a Business Technology Solutions Associate, specializing in Veeva Network implementations. This role involves working with global pharmaceutical and life sciences clients to deliver high-quality Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Veeva Network or similar platforms, a strong grasp of data integration and modeling, and a solid understanding of pharma domain processes. You will be part of a collaborative team, contributing to the full lifecycle of Veeva Network projects—from requirement gathering to deployment and client handover.


Responsibilities

· Work on end-to-end Veeva Network implementations for global pharma & life sciences companies

· Support requirement gathering, configuration, data model setup, and integration activities.

· Configure match rules, merge logic, workflows, and data quality checks in Veeva Network.

· Prepare and run test cases for system and user acceptance testing.

· Support data migration, validation, and loading of HCP/HCO master data.

· Provide deployment support, documentation, and client handover.

· Collaborate with onsite/global teams and ensure timely delivery.

Must have skills.

· Exposure to pharma domain processes (commercial operations, field force data).

· Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts

· Strong hold with SQL, Data Modelling, and data integration/ETL tools

· Exposure to pharma domain processes

· Hands-on experience with Veeva Network or similar MDM platforms.

Preferred Skills

· Familiarity with data integration & ETL tools, or CRM systems.

· Knowledge of Veeva ecosystem (CRM, OpenData, Vault) is a plus.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

· 2-4 years of experience in IT consulting or pharma data management.

· Good understanding of HCP/HCO master data, data governance, and integration basics.

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

· Comfortable working with global teams across time zones
