Die Fitter

1. Should have able to Read & Write English Language.
2. Sound knowledge about Engineering drawing Reading (Optional).
3. Complete deep knowledge about Profile Component Die Polishing.
4. Should able to Polish the Dies/ tooling’s of running Parts mounted on
Press.
5. Should be able to work with in all Shifts Rotation timing.
6. Able to Maintain the Die History Card by Calculating and writing in given
format.
7. Should have able to reworking / DE flashing of profile components.
8. Sound have Knowledge about Forging and its Processes.
9. Should have sound knowledge about Forging Dies and its Tooling’s.
10. Also have bit knowledge about Forging Press , Trimming Press ,
Turning/Lathe Machine, Shot Blasting Machine , bandsaw cutting
Machine Etc.
11. Sound knowledge about Forging Shop required Tooling Like Mounting
Point , Inserts for Lathe / turning Machine , Grinding Wheels Etc
