1. Quote-to-Cash (CPQ) & Sales Support

●      Generate accurate and timely price quotes for the Sales team using the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) system.

●      Assist in troubleshooting basic CPQ configuration issues (product bundles, pricing rules, and discounting logic).

●      Work with Sales to ensure all quotes and contracts comply with established pricing and business policies.

2. Data Quality & Hygiene

●      Execute daily and weekly data cleansing tasks to maintain Salesforce related data hygiene , specifically for Account, Contact, and Opportunity records.

●      Identify, investigate, and correct data inconsistencies (e.g., duplicates, missing fields, incorrect values) that could impact reporting or sales processes.

●      Assist in bulk data work update work   as needed, ensuring data integrity is preserved across all system updates.

3. Support & Case Management

●      Act as a Level 1 support analyst , triaging and resolving inbound user cases related to Salesforce hierarchy, account, contact   updates   , quote generation error.

●      and escalate complex issues to Level 2 teams when necessary, ensuring clear communication with end-users throughout the process.

4. Account Research & Enrichment

●      Conduct targeted web research to gather and validate external data on target Accounts, specifically related to the hotels/hospitality industry .

●      Enrich Account records in Salesforce with verified information (e.g., corporate structure, key contacts, recent news) to support sales and marketing efforts.

●      Maintain and update internal repositories of industry-specific account intelligence.

5.Others

●      Excel / Google sheets - Expert/ Professional - Level 

●      Salesforce Reports -  beginner to intermediate level . Good to have . 

●      Any BI Tools knowledge - Intermediate level
