About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Transformation professional with strong expertise in Accounting, Financial Controls, Reporting, Process Excellence, and Digital Enablement.

The role is responsible for transforming finance processes through Automation, Advanced Analytics, AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions while maintaining a strong controls environment and delivering high-quality financial reporting and business insights.

The successful candidate will combine deep accounting knowledge with technology acumen and strong stakeholder management capabilities to partner with Global Finance, GCC Operations, Digital, Technology, and Business Leaders in driving measurable business outcomes.

Experience within the Air Freight, Logistics, Transportation, Aviation, Supply Chain, or Express Transportation industry will be considered a strong advantage.

What you will do

Key Responsibilities

Finance Process Transformation

• Drive transformation initiatives across Record-to-Report (RTR), Financial Close, Reconciliations, Reporting, and Controls processes.
• Identify opportunities for standardization, simplification, digitization, and automation.
• Develop business cases and track value realization from transformation initiatives.
• Lead process redesign initiatives that improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and compliance.

AI, Automation & Digital Solutions

• Identify and deploy Automation, AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions across finance processes.
• Partner with Digital and Technology teams to develop scalable finance use cases.
• Evaluate opportunities based on business value, risk reduction, controls enhancement, and ROI.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies to improve productivity and decision-making.

Accounting, Controls & Reporting Excellence

• Provide SME support on accounting processes, financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, governance requirements, and control frameworks.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Deliver accurate and insightful management reporting and performance analysis.
• Develop reporting frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to support finance and business leadership.
• Partner with finance leadership to improve reporting quality, timeliness, and actionable insights.

Data Analytics & Visualization

• Develop dashboards and executive reporting using Power BI and related visualization tools.
• Utilize Power Query, Advanced Excel, and data transformation techniques.
• Apply analytics and AI-driven insights to improve decision-making and operational performance.

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to Finance, Business, GCC, and Technology stakeholders.
• Influence senior leaders and process owners to adopt transformation opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops, process assessments, and solution design discussions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, project governance, and benefits realization.

You will be a great fit if you

Required Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• 2–10 years of experience in Accounting, Controllership, Finance Transformation, Shared Services, or GCC environments.
• Exposure to GenAI/Agentic AI solutions, Power Platform, Power Automate, RPA technologies, or workflow automation tools.
• Strong understanding of RTR processes, financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Proven experience leading finance automation, reporting enhancement, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience engaging with global stakeholders in matrix organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of process mining and intelligent process automation technologies.
• Six Sigma certification (or an equivalent qualification).
