Executive / Sr. Executive - Sales & Logistics

2. Job Purpose
To manage and strengthen relationships with OEM clients, ensure smooth sales operations
and dispatch coordination, and provide efficient logistical support to achieve timely deliveries
and customer satisfaction.

3. Key Responsibilities
 Coordinate and manage relationships with OEMs and their customers.
 Develop and execute sales plans in alignment with business targets.
 Handle dispatch planning and coordination to ensure timely delivery of materials.
 Follow up with customers for payments and resolve related issues.
 Provide end-to-end logistical support, including shipment tracking and issue resolution.
 Maintain strong communication with internal departments (production, stores, accounts).
 Ensure proper documentation and reporting of sales and dispatch activities.

4. Preferred Candidate Profile
 Prior experience in the Automotive Industry is preferred.
 Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
 Good communication and coordination skills.
 Presentable personality with professional behavior.
 Ability to handle multiple tasks.
