Claims and loss accounting
- Incurred But Not Reported (IBNR)
- Loss reserves and claims provisioning
- Financial accounting (US GAAP)
- General ledger management
- Journal entries and account reconciliations
- Financial statement preparation
- Month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close
- Accruals and deferrals
- Expense allocation and cost accounting
- Trial balance review and adjustments
- Reinsurance accounting (ceded and assumed)
- Compliance with insurance regulations
- Internal and external audit support
