Role & Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are looking for a Pensions Domain Trainer to independently deliver
high-quality training for our UK pensions administration team. The ideal
candidate will have hands-on experience in pensions operations, strong
facilitation skills, and the ability to simplify technical topics for new
joiners and colleagues who want to upskill or go for a relevant certification.
While initial onboarding and guidance will be provided, the candidate is
expected to independently manage the end-to-end training lifecycle—including
facilitation, learner engagement, Q&A sessions, and training
administration—within a few weeks of joining.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
-
Deliver structured training programs on UK pensions administration processes
for new joiners and upskilling programs for existing employees.

Conduct Q&A sessions and reinforcement sessions using practical examples
from real cases.

Stay updated on UK pension regulations and changes and reflect them in
learning sessions where applicable.

Facilitate virtual and/or classroom sessions covering pensions operations
(joiners, leavers, retirements, transfers, etc.) with clarity and impact.
Training Administration & Coordination

Manage training logistics including session scheduling, attendance tracking,
learner assessments, and certification preparation coordination.

Collaborate with senior trainers and content developers to enhance training
materials based on delivery experience.

Report training delivery status, learner progress, assessment scores, and
key observations to the relevant stakeholders; flag any risks or support
needed proactively.

Collect feedback and share suggestions for improvement with the L&D team.
- Maintain training documentation, FAQs, and session-wise trackers.
Content Development & SME Support

Provide subject matter expertise (SME) to instructional designers and
learning developers for the creation of high-quality e-learning modules and
other digital assets for the Pensions domain learning.

Review the learning content to ensure technical accuracy, relevance,
completeness, and alignment with latest UK pensions regulations.

Offer insights and updates to support the continuous improvement of the
learning material.

Required Skills and Experience
Must-Have

10 years of hands-on experience in UK pensions administration or a closely
related process.

Comfort with virtual platforms (Teams/Zoom) and basic presentation tools
(PPT, whiteboard tools).

Strong organizational skills for managing batch-wise logistics, learner
data, and follow-ups.

High accountability for independent training delivery after the initial
support phase.
- Pensions Administration domain experience is a must.
Good-to-Have

Exposure to CPC or APE content or certification (preferred but not
mandatory).

Experience coordinating or contributing to training content development.
- Familiarity with LMS tools or digital learning platforms.
