Customer Experience Representative ( Blended / Voice )

Location: Andheri (Chandivali), Mumbai
💼 Experience: 1–4 Years
🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office
📅 Working Days: 5 Days a Week
🗓️ Weekly Off: Rotational Week Off
🕒 Shift Details:
• Rotational Shifts ( 9 hours ) 
• Shift Window: 7:30 AM – 10:30 PM
• For Female Employees, the maximum shift timing from the office will be up to 9:00 PM
🔹 Role: Customer Care Associate / Customer Care Representative (Blended Process)
✅ Required Skills:
• Customer Service / Customer Support experience
• Experience in Voice, Email & Chat Support
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
• Hands-on experience with VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP & Pivot Tables
💰 Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Variable Pay + Performance Incentives

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve queries and provide accurate information

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
