Job Title: Process Expert / Functional Expert – Claims (London Market)
Location: Noida / Gurugram

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Process Experts and Functional Experts with strong knowledge of London Market Claims and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in claims processing, insurance operations, and London Market workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support London Market Claims processes across the P&C insurance domain.
• Handle claims-related activities including claim registration, validation, assessment, processing, and settlement.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for better efficiency and accuracy.
• Work closely with business, operations, and technology teams to resolve process-related issues.
• Support process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge management.
• For Functional Experts , provide functional expertise, guide teams, and support business/process transformation initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional/process requirements.
• Ensure compliance with London Market and P&C insurance standards and practices.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in London Market Claims .
• Good understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes.
• Knowledge of end-to-end claims lifecycle and insurance operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.

Experience Criteria

Process Expert – 2+ Years

• 2+ years of relevant experience in London Market Claims / P&C processes .
• Hands-on experience in claims operations and process management.

Functional Expert – 4+ Years

• 4+ years of relevant experience in London Market Claims / P&C .
• Strong functional knowledge with the ability to provide domain expertise.
• Experience in process improvement, requirement analysis, and stakeholder management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline. Insurance-related certifications or qualifications will be an added advantage.
