visualization, and MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting) solutions.

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative, skilled, and experienced Content Writer to
join our team at SKETS Studio. The candidate will be responsible for developing high-
quality, engaging, and technically sound content across multiple platforms, including the
website, social media, brochures, case studies, proposals, newsletters, and more. The
Content Writer will be a part of SKETS Studio’s Marketing team, working closely with
various stakeholders to ensure all content aligns with the company’s objectives, voice,
and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
 Create compelling, original, and research-backed content for SKETS Studio’s
various platforms, including website, social media, blogs, articles, case studies,
proposals, newsletters, brochures, presentations, ad-campaigns and more.
 Produce content for both B2B and technical audiences in the AEC sector,
focusing on architectural design, structural engineering, MEPF solutions, and
BIM technologies.
 Develop creative, engaging, and informative content that resonates with global
clients across different regions.
 Edit, proofread, and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, grammar, and tone
of voice consistency.

 Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, technologies, and emerging
practices within the AEC sector to ensure content remains up-to-date and
relevant.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies and
execute them.
 Maintain a strong understanding of the latest AEC industry trends, innovations,
and upcoming technologies to incorporate them into content.

Skills & Qualifications:
 Proven experience as a content writer, with a focus on technical writing, B2B
communication, and creative content.
 Strong research skills with the ability to grasp complex topics and present them
in a clear, engaging manner.
 A thorough understanding of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style, with
impeccable attention to detail.
 Ability to write for multiple platforms, including digital (websites, blogs, social
media), print (brochures, case studies, newsletters), and sales/marketing
collateral (proposals, presentations, business cards).
 Strong proofreading and editing skills, ensuring high-quality content with minimal
errors.
 Creative thinking and an ability to generate fresh content ideas.
 Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Architecture,
Engineering, or related field.
 Minimum 2 years of content writing experience.
 Strong portfolio showcasing writing samples, including technical documents,
blogs, case studies, and marketing materials.
