About the Role

We are looking for a Vacation Manager to manage guest enquiries, convert leads into villa bookings, and provide a personalised experience throughout the booking journey. The role involves sales, guest communication, villa visits, and coordination with local teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and enquiries from prospective guests.
• Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable vacation homes/villas.
• Convert qualified enquiries and leads into confirmed bookings.
• Drive sales by effectively presenting villa features, services, pricing, and experiences.
• Follow up with leads regularly to maximise booking conversions.
• Travel initially to visit and understand the villas/property locations.
• Coordinate with local property teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Maintain strong communication with guests before and during their stay.
• Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, cooks, and local staff as required.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and bookings.
• Achieve assigned sales and booking targets.
