Role Description
In this role you will act as a trusted partner to the MD, providing high-level administrative, operative, and analytical support. The position requires strong judgment, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage the MD's calendar and communications, scheduling meetings, prioritizing commitments, organizing the inbox, and ensuring timely responses and smooth coordination.
- Coordinate travel and logistics including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries to ensure seamless domestic and international travel.
- Act as a key liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence, screening requests, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Provide high-level administrative and analytical support, including preparing reports, presentations, agendas, documents, and compiling the Sales Report from multiple stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and operational efficiency, managing records, supporting special projects, and exercising sound judgment to handle competing priorities and optimize the MD’s time.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-suite or senior leadership.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially for report preparation and project support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and other relevant productivity tools or dashboards.
