Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Superintendent - (PPC)

Job Purpose -
To effectively plan, coordinate, and control production activities in line with customer
demand and business requirements. The role is responsible for ensuring optimum
availability of materials, efficient production scheduling, and timely dispatch of finished
goods.

Key Responsibilities -
 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer sales
plans, orders, and delivery schedules.
 Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and other concerned
departments to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
 Monitor production progress against the approved plan and take corrective actions
in case of deviations.
 Optimize production schedules to ensure effective utilization of available
manpower, machines, and resources.
 Review production capacity and highlight potential constraints or bottlenecks.
 Plan and ensure the timely availability of raw materials, components, and other
required inputs as per the production schedule.
 Coordinate with the Purchase and Stores departments to avoid material shortages
and production disruptions.
 Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
 Support effective inventory control and reduction of excess or obsolete inventory.
 Prepare and monitor dispatch plans as per customer requirements and committed
delivery schedules.
 Coordinate with Logistics, Stores, Production, and Quality teams to ensure the
timely availability and dispatch of finished goods.
 Monitor dispatch performance and address delays to ensure on-time delivery.
 Maintain accurate dispatch planning records and MIS reports.
 Prepare and analyze production planning, material status, and dispatch-related MIS.
 Monitor key planning parameters and share regular updates with management.
