Diploma Engineer Trainee - Supplier Quality Assurance

Job Purpose -
To support supplier quality assurance activities by ensuring incoming materials meet required
quality standards through inspection and testing.

Functional / Technical Skills -
 Knowledge of inspection instruments such as Height Gauge, Micrometer, Vernier
Caliper, Roughness Tester, and Profile Projector
 Understanding of hardness testing methods.
 Familiarity with quality inspection processes and standards

 Willingness to learn and adapt

Key Responsibilities -
 Perform inspection of incoming materials using standard measuring instruments
 Conduct hardness testing as per defined procedures
 Maintain inspection records and reports
 Coordinate with suppliers for quality-related issues
 Assist in implementing quality control processes and improvements
