Job Description

Position Name: Senior Analyst – Policy Service

Location: Philippines

Role Overview:

We are looking for detail-oriented professionals to join our US Insurance Operations team. The role involves handling submission processing and support activities across multiple lines of business — General Commercial Liability (CGL), Miscellaneous Professional Liability (MPL), Architects & Engineers (A&E), and Unsupported Excess. The role involves ensuring high-quality output, managing document filing, handling loss runs, and performing collection chaser activities, while maintaining strong coordination with onshore teams and underwriters.

Key Responsibilities

Review, validate, and process insurance submissions for various P&C lines.
Perform document filing and ensure accurate storage of submission-related files.
Manage loss run requests and maintain related trackers.
Send collection chasers and follow up for pending items.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with client-specific guidelines.
Drive quality, productivity, and process improvements within the team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Commerce / Business preferred).
2 + years of experience in US Insurance Operations (Submissions, Policy Admin, or UW Support).
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good communication and Excel skills.
Knowledge of CGL, MPL, A&E, and Excess lines preferred.

Relevant Experience

2+ years in US Insurance Operations

Educational Attainment

Graduate in Commerce or Business Management
