Customer Service Representative (100% voice process)

Responsibilities -

The Customer Care Representative - Associate will be responsible to:

• Provide customer support to International customers over calls.
• Resolving customer issues.
• Adhere to basic customer onboarding process.
• Handling customers claims.
• Running customized reports.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal customers as and when required.

Shifts : Rotational Shifts of 9 hrs each (between 7.30am to 10.30pm)

Location - Boomerang, Unit No 801, 8th Floor, Wings A & B1, Chandivali Farm Road, Andheri East, Mumbai 400072

Working days: 5 days (Rotational)
