Delivery Management
 Oversee the complete bordereaux processing lifecycle, including data
ingestion, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
 Ensure timely and accurate delivery of outputs in line with client expectations
and regulatory standards.
 Monitor SLAs and KPIs, proactively mitigating risks and resolving delivery
bottlenecks.
Client Liaison & Stakeholder Engagement
 Act as the primary point of contact for underwriters and client operations
teams.
 Maintain regular communication to align on data requirements, reporting
formats, and timelines.
 Represent Xceedance professionally at client premises, fostering trust and
collaboration.
Documentation & Compliance
 Maintain detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and client
interactions.
 Ensure adherence to client-specific data handling policies and industry
regulations.
