Assistant / Junior Operating Engineer - SQF

Job Purpose
To operate and maintain the SQF Furnace efficiently, ensuring adherence to production
requirements, quality standards, and safety guidelines within the heat treatment process.

Key Responsibilities
 Operate SQF Furnace as per defined process parameters and production schedules
 Perform machine setting and adjustments of SQF Furnace for different jobs
 Monitor temperature, cycle time, and other critical parameters during operations
 Ensure quality output by following heat treatment standards and specifications
 Identify and troubleshoot minor operational issues
 Maintain proper records of furnace operations and production logs
 Follow safety procedures and 5’S standards in the work area
 Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations

Required Qualifications
 ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field
