Team Lead - AI

🚀 We are hiring for an AI Engineering Lead / Senior AI Backend Developer role for a fast-growing, innovation-driven organization.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable Python backend systems, microservices, and APIs for AI-powered applications
• Build and deploy production-grade AI/LLM solutions using tools like OpenAI, LangChain, and related frameworks
• Work on advanced AI implementations including RAG pipelines, embeddings, fine-tuning, and intelligent automation systems
• Own AI features end-to-end — from requirement gathering to deployment and production monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional and client-facing teams to deliver AI-enabled products in fast-paced environments
• Lead technical discussions, architecture decisions, code reviews, and mentor junior developers/AI engineers
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of AI systems in production environments
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, delivery ownership, and stakeholder communication

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:

✅ Strong hands-on experience in Python backend development with production-level systems
✅ Experience integrating and deploying LLMs/Generative AI solutions in real-world applications
✅ Deep understanding of at least one of the following:

• RAG Pipelines
• Embeddings
• Fine-tuning LLMs
  ✅ Knowledge of scalable APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based deployments
  ✅ Exposure to MLOps concepts such as model deployment, monitoring, and versioning
  ✅ Strong problem-solving and structured communication skills
  ✅ Experience leading teams, mentoring developers, and owning project delivery

🔹 Preferred Skills:

⭐ Exposure to Computer Vision projects
⭐ Familiarity with advanced AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude.md, Arcade, etc.
⭐ Ability to work directly with clients and manage changing requirements confidently
