As a Graphic Designer, you will be the creative force behind our brand's
visual storytelling.
This role is all about turning creative ideas into visuals that sell and
inspire. At the company, you'll help define how our brand looks and feels
across every channel, ensuring it stands out in the market. You'll work at
the intersection of design, marketing, and storytelling, creating assets
that are both beautiful and performance-driven whether for a launch
campaign, a viral social post, or a new product packaging.
● Design high-impact creatives for digital channels including social
media, paid ads, emailers, website banners, landing pages, and app assets.
● Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate
briefs into engaging visual concepts.
● Develop campaign visuals that drive performance in D2C acquisition and
retention funnels. ● Create brand-consistent packaging designs, unboxing
experiences, and print collaterals.
● Edit and enhance product photography, lifestyle imagery, and short-form
videos as needed. ● Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines while
experimenting with fresh, on-trend aesthetics.
● Keep up-to-date with design trends, D2C marketing tactics, and
platform-specific best practices (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
● Prepare design files for production and coordinate with vendors if
needed.
● 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a D2C or
consumer brand environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools.
● Strong portfolio showcasing work for digital campaigns, social media
creatives, and brand identity projects.
● Understanding of conversion-driven design for ads, website banners, and
landing pages.
● Experience designing for both digital and print mediums.
● Basic video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus (After Effects
/ Premiere Pro).
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment and meet tight
deadlines.
● Keen eye for typography, color, composition, and detail.
