About the role
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven FP&A Manager to lead financial planning,
forecasting, and performance analysis. This role requires strong expertise
in
Indian GAAP
, solid financial modeling skills, and a good understanding of
SaaS/Fintech business metrics
to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning

Perform variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget/Forecast) and provide actionable insights

Build and maintain financial models to support growth and investment decisions

Partner with business teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to evaluate financial impact

Track and analyze key SaaS metrics and unit economics

Support audits, investor reporting, and board-level presentations

Drive process improvements and automation in FP&A reporting
Key Requirements
-
CA inter with 10+ years of relevant experience in FP&A

Prior experience in Fintech / SaaS / Technology companies preferred
