This is a hybrid role based out of Delhi NCR. Candidates must be available in office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday every week. Remaining days may be worked remotely.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our growing product team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams — engineering, design, business, and operations — to define, build, and deliver exceptional SaaS products. This role demands a balance of analytical thinking, customer empathy, and strong execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sprint ceremonies as Scrum Master — daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming — ensuring smooth Agile delivery.
• Own end-to-end documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) .
• Create and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and user flows in Figma in collaboration with UI/UX designers.
• Drive SaaS product integrations — manage third-party APIs, platform connectors, and cross-product feature delivery from scoping to launch.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications for engineering teams.
• Track product delivery milestones, manage timelines, and proactively identify and resolve blockers across teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, present product updates, and align on priorities.
• Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, design systems, and industry best practices — and apply this expertise to guide product design decisions, review interfaces, and ensure a consistently high-quality user experience across all touchpoints.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in product management or a closely related role in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or in a Scrum team with a solid understanding of Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Strong written communication skills with experience drafting BRDs and PRDs independently.
• Demonstrated experience in managing SaaS product integrations and end-to-end delivery cycles.
• Deep knowledge of current UI/UX trends, design patterns, and user-centric design principles, with the ability to critically evaluate and elevate product interfaces.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced product environment.
• Must be based in Delhi NCR and willing to work from office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
