Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join FedEx in a customer care/operations role. The position involves handling a blended process, working with data, performing basic analysis, and supporting day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer/operational queries through a blended process.
• Perform basic data entry, data validation, and data churning activities.
• Use MS Excel for basic data handling, sorting, filtering, and reporting.
• Analyze information and identify discrepancies or issues.
• Follow defined processes, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Maintain accuracy while handling customer and operational data.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and process-related targets.
• Work effectively in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

Key Skills Required

Eligibility

• Freshers can apply , or candidates with a minimum of 1 year of industry experience .
• Candidates from BPO/KPO, customer service, back-office, operations, data processing, transaction processing, or similar backgrounds can be considered.
• Grade and salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and overall fitment , with opportunities across Grade 4 to Grade 6 .
