Role Overview

Job Title: Power Platform Developer
Reports To: Service Delivery Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions across Microsoft’s Power Platform, including PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to deliver end-to-end low-code solutions that align with business needs and enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom business applications using PowerApps (Canvas, Model-Driven and Power Pages).
• Build automated workflows using PowerAutomate, including scheduled, triggered, and approval flows.
• Create and manage business logic, entities, and relationships using Dataverse.
• Implement security roles and field-level security.
• Implement UI/UX best practices for user-friendly application interfaces.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook), and third-party APIs using connectors or custom connectors.
• Develop scalable and maintainable automation workflows across business processes.
• Work directly with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements.
• Assist in user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and post-implementation support.
• Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and training as needed.
• Ensure all development aligns with platform governance, security, and compliance policies.
• Promote use of reusable components and best practices in development and lifecycle management.
• Participate in peer reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven hands-on experience with:
  • PowerApps (Canvas, Model-Driven and Power Pages)
  • PowerAutomate (including advanced expressions and connectors)
  • Microsoft Dataverse
• Solid understanding of relational data modeling and business process automation.
• Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 services and APIs.
• Proficient in PowerFx, JSON, and REST API integration.
• Familiarity with ALM processes and using Azure DevOps or Git for version control and deployment.
