About Position:

Our client is looking for a seasoned Test Manager to lead the testing and quality governance of an enterprise-grade AI agent designed to streamline HR operations across large-scale HR and service management platforms.

This role is critical to ensuring that the AI solution is safe, reliable, compliant, and production-ready. The Test Manager will work closely with HR Operations, Product Management, Engineering, Information Security, and Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own the overall test strategy, test plans, and quality governance for the AI agent
Define and drive functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing
Establish go/no-go criteria and provide clear risk-based recommendations
Validate AI quality, including response accuracy, safety, groundedness, and behavior consistency
Oversee testing of enterprise integrations, APIs, workflows, and data flows
Implement test automation and observability for regression and release readiness
Lead and manage UAT with business stakeholders
Provide transparent reporting on quality, risks, and release readiness

Must-Have Skills and Experience

8+ years of experience in QA or testing roles with leadership responsibility
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale testing initiatives
Strong background in SaaS platform testing and complex system integrations
Hands-on experience with API testing, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to AI or ML systems testing, including validation of model outputs
Experience managing UAT, stakeholder communication, and test governance
Solid understanding of security, compliance, and data quality considerations

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience testing HR or enterprise workflow platforms
Familiarity with AI guardrails, prompt validation, or retrieval-based systems
Background working with regulated or compliance-heavy environments
Prior experience working closely with InfoSec and compliance teams
