Specialist – Regulatory Affairs

Key Deliverables -

• Support amendments to manufacturing licences and related regulatory filings arising
from the India factory transition
• Coordinate artwork and label review processes in line with applicable Indian cosmetic
and product regulations
• Prepare, compile, and track technical dossiers and regulatory submission packages
• Liaise with internal teams (R&D, Quality, Packaging, Supply) to ensure documentation
accuracy and completeness
• Maintain up-to-date regulatory trackers, status logs, and filing records
• Support responses to regulatory queries from authorities as needed
• Assist in coordination with external consultants and regulatory bodies

• Must be detail oriented and logical
• Good Knowledge of relevant Cosmetics/ Food Regulations in India
• Good verbal & written English communication skills
• Strong documentation and coordination skills; proficiency in MS Office; attention to
detail
