Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional for handling end-to-end B2B collections and accounts receivable operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with client finance teams, tracking outstanding invoices, supporting DSO reduction initiatives, and ensuring timely collections.

The role requires strong communication skills, collection ownership, reconciliation knowledge, and the ability to interact professionally with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end B2B collections and payment follow-ups
Coordinate with customer finance/AP teams regarding invoice status and payment schedules
Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables
Support DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) reduction initiatives
Maintain accurate records of invoices, payment follow-ups, and collection updates
Resolve billing and payment-related queries with internal teams
Prepare ageing reports, collection MIS, and reconciliation reports
Follow up on overdue accounts through calls and emails
Ensure adherence to collection processes and documentation standards
Support finance/accounting teams in reconciliation activities

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in Accounts Receivable / B2B Collections
Good understanding of ageing analysis and DSO management
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in handling customer follow-ups and payment escalations
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Experience working on ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, JD Edwards, etc.
Ability to work in target-driven and fast-paced environments
Candidate must have worked in the SaaS based environment

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field
Relevant experience in Collections / AR / OTC processes
Experience with international or US-based clients will be an added advantage
Candidates from logistics, manufacturing, trading, IT services, or shared services backgrounds may be preferred
