About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end B2B collections and payment follow-ups
- Coordinate with customer finance/AP teams regarding invoice status and payment schedules
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables
- Support DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) reduction initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payment follow-ups, and collection updates
- Resolve billing and payment-related queries with internal teams
- Prepare ageing reports, collection MIS, and reconciliation reports
- Follow up on overdue accounts through calls and emails
- Ensure adherence to collection processes and documentation standards
- Support finance/accounting teams in reconciliation activities
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Accounts Receivable / B2B Collections
- Good understanding of ageing analysis and DSO management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in handling customer follow-ups and payment escalations
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience working on ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, JD Edwards, etc.
- Ability to work in target-driven and fast-paced environments
- Candidate must have worked in the SaaS based environment
