Objective

To provide dedicated operational and analytical support to the Finance function on Data analysis, reporting, and statutory compliance along with a substantial focus on CFA handling. The role ensures smooth CFA operations, accurate reporting, and timely regulatory submissions, thereby enabling senior finance team to focus on strategic, governance, and supervisory responsibilities.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. CFA Handling

• Coordinate with CFA locations on CFA-related expenditures and operational matters.
• Review, verify, and process CFA expenses in accordance with agreed terms and internal controls.
• Perform monthly analysis of CFA costs and present management with cost insights, trends, and potential savings opportunities.
• Prepare, compile, and validate CFA-related data, statements, and periodic reports.
• Provide support during audits, reviews, and assessments related to CFA operations.

 

2. Reporting & Data Analysis

• Compile, validate, and prepare financial and operational data for internal and external reporting requirements.
• Assist in preparation of ad-hoc reports and data requirements.

 

3. Statutory, Regulatory & Assessment Support

• Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory reports, returns, and regulatory filings.
• Prepare data, schedules, and working papers for statutory audits, assessments, and regulatory inspections.
• Support compliance-related reporting including statistics, CPCB, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Provide data, explanations, and coordination support during internal and external audits.

 

4. MSBC Data Review & Analysis

• Perform MSBC data review and analysis to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Maintain hygiene and integrity of MSBC data through regular checks and validations.
• Ensure master data hygiene and support corrective actions to address discrepancies or data gaps.
